- Signing a Preliminary contract within 30 days of the reservation
- First instalment will be required at the time of the signing of preliminary contract
Additional cost
1 % of the price of the apartment for lawyer fees
3,5 % of the price of the apartment for municipality and notary fee paid when the property is finished
Approximate amount of 150 Euro for a property tax and garbage collection, paid annually
8 to 12 Euro per sq.m for a Maintenance company annually
Insurance of the apartment furnished may cost you from 200 to 450 Euro annually
Architectural modifications of the property: 1 800 Euro + costing price (material and fitting)
Property reservation
Once the decision is taken and the property, that best suits your requirements is found, reserve it by phone, fax or via e-mail. You can also meet us in any of our offices and make a reservation of the property in the presence of a lawyer. Send the fee of 750 Euro in the next 7 days to secure your reservation.
Once we receive your deposit, we will contact you to confirm and send you a receipt and an invoice. The next step is to send you the preliminary contract to finalize the deal.
