  • INTEREST RATE: From 6.50% for the 1st year, variable thereafter for loans in EUR.
  • COLLATERAL: Mortgage on a real estate with market value to secure loan amount. Cash Collateral -6 months deposit/interest and capital/ . Upon request from the client, the amount is to be reconsidered every year.
  • REQUIREMENTS FOR LOAN
    • AGE: 63 male/60 female at maturity of loan.
    • AFFORDABILITY: BG MORTGAGE REPAYMENTS < 30%NET INCOME
  • SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: Mortgaged Property need to be rough roof - Act 14. Delegation between borrower and legal representative by Letter of attorney-designed by UniCredit Bulbank. Life insurance-recommendable, property insurance - compulsory.
  • REDEMPTION PENALTIES: 5% if loan is repaid with re-finance from another bank, 0% if repaid with personal funds.
  • FEES
    • FOR LOAN REVIEW: Below 25 000 Euro - 37,5 EUR/ above 25 000 Euro - 75 EUR.
    • MANAGEMENT FEE: For 1st year - 1% of the granted amount; for each next year - 0,2% of the remaining amount on the principal.
