It might sound complicated but let us show you how simple it has now become to purchase your very own Eurosilex overseas property in Bulgaria.

Step by step use of the online payment facilities:

• Select the property which best suits your needs.
• If the property is not already reserved, an online reservation option will appear at the bottom of the page.
• Press this online reservation option and a new window will open. This window is for us to receive the necessary information to reserve your property.
• You find there the details of the property you have reserved and the fully refundable reservation fee* of 750 Euros needed to book this property. Fill in all your personal details and any comments you may have in the indicated fields. Agree with the terms of purchase and then submit your reservation.
• By completing this action, you will enter the secured online payment part; you do not need to write an amount as the reservation fee of 750 Euros is automatically written down. Leave your credit card details, “pay now”, and you now have become the proud owner of a Bulgarian property!

You will receive a confirmation of reservation email to the address you gave us, and it will take us between 5 to 10 minutes to receive confirmation from the bank and reserve your property in our central reservation system.

All you now have to do is celebrate as our team will contact you shortly to welcome you to the Eurosilex experience as well as discuss the details of a property purchase in Bulgaria.
