Building Licence
A document required prior to construction, allowing the builder to start the construction project; it is also to certify that the project of the developer is approved and can be built. It is available for all projects on sale of Eurosilex Ltd.

Bank Guarantee / Fund secured
A guarantee stating that all fund transfer to Eurosilex are collected directly by the bank and then relocated only for the construction purpose of the specific project. It is available for the projects under construction of Eurosilex Ltd.

Developer background/tracking record
The developer has a traceable background and experience. Eurosilex Ltd has two finished and furnished projects and three under construction, which can be visited as examples of the future projects quality.
Land Title confirmation
The developer must own the land they intend to construct on. Notary Deed for ownership of the land can be presented for each of the projects of Eurosilex Ltd.
Preliminary contract
Contract used for off-plan projects, used in order to secure the sale by signing it and paying certain percentage of the purchase price; it allows the purchaser to sell the property during the process of construction. A detailed Preliminary contract is available for each project of Eurosilex Ltd.
Build Quality Guarantee
All good developers offer a guarantee on construction and a detailed quality specification. Eurosilex Ltd partner company is “Profilex Engineering” Building company is ISO 9001 certified and offer the similar guarantee than NHBC in UK.

Architect with reputation
Developers offer a guarantee also on the architectural plan. Eurosilex Ltd partner companies are: “Profilex” Architectural company registered and renowned as Architect of the year for 2006 “Archeon” Architectural Company registered and with UK background.
