Environmental Protection
In the past few years, the protection of the environment has become a real subject of preoccupation. Here at Eurosilex, we believe that something can be done and needs to be done. We believe that it is everyone’s role to do their bit for the preservation of the world as we know it.
Understanding this factor, we are keen on trying to bring a different approach to property development to slowly but surely convey a real green side to the property development business. When designing a resort, Eurosilex is always working with its surroundings. We refuse to work in areas which we believe are over developed and always leave green spaces in between our residences and apartments.
The first step of our approach was to assure the isolation and heating/cooling efficiency of our developments as you surely know the waste of energy through bad isolation being a costly issue, to the environment and to your purse. All our windows are double glazing; all our walls have got a double layer of isolator on the inside and the outside. This allows a great reduction of heat consumption in the winter and cooling in the summer.
As a part of Eurosilex LTD, Eco-Silex is a highly professional company with a devoted team, working with the latest technologies in water gaining, alternative energy sources and purifying stations.
We believe that the ecological way of life is the only smart way of living. That is the reason for Eco-Silex to build fully operational and independent water and sewage systems for our developments in Golden Valley Village including:
- Water gaining system with a debit of 30 litres/second and a 33°C temperature
- Canalisation and sewage system capable to satisfy and cover the needs of over 3750 people.
- Water purifying facility.
The watering needed for the landscaping of Golden Valley will come from our recycled water facilities.

Our Vision
We are to preserve the nature and therefore ensure that our children and the children of our children see the day where we humans are in full concord with our natural habitat. The step under-taken by Eurosilex to protect the environment have so far not been sufficient but this is only a beginning as many more innovative actions will be undertaken in the near future. What is important is that it is a subject which we truly believe in; the future of the company will pass by the development of fully green habitats and why not become market leaders in the development of housing in total harmony with the environment and its surrounding to assure that your property investment will be made towards a company with strong values and ethic.
Future Prospects
The third step of the environmental preservation development of Eurosilex/ Eco-Silex is the construction of a power plant for alternative energy sources using the “wind” and the “sun” power with enough capacity to make Golden Valley Village independent in terms of energy, water usage and recycling.
We are currently studying ways of building fully sustainable developments. This would mean using very modern ways of building with the newest technology in energy saving techniques and composite materials. We would then assure that the developments do not need any external help for their future being as all the necessary resources would be produced on site and the household refuse would be reduced to a minimum.
This is an objective which we have given ourselves and we believe it to be achievable in the next one to two years. So Eco-Silex will have a green development on offer before the end of the year 2010!
