Eurosilex is in partnership with Black Water properties, an Irish based developer with 15 years of building experience. As a project manager, Eurosilex is developing Crystal Spa Aparthotel, a unique building complex with 17 swimming pools and one of the largest Spa and Wellness Centers in Bulgaria.

Factors that we consider as being important to our partnership are:

• Open discussions about the property development and progress, leading to trust and mutual understanding
• Training and support, e.g. for online submission and peer review
• Regular meetings with Black water property staff working on the project, who are experts in their areas

In order to inform productive discussions about the project, we provide regular reports including statistics, and content analysis, production information and schedules, feedback/results from marketing initiatives, citation information.

Further to this, Eurosilex entered a joint venture with Vasco Properties LTD - a sister company of Dolby Management an English company with 10 years experience in building hotels as well as the Leo Casino in Liverpool and the approved 24 floors Queens Dock tower of Liverpool. “Infinity”- Ski and Golf project consists of 350 apartments, divided in two phases which is our latest release as a result of this association.
