Building company Profilex Engineering

Profilex Engineering was founded in 2005 to provide the highest quality of built of the Bulgarian Construction market. With an experience in the “Project Beautiful Bulgaria”, Profilex has become one of the most reliable partners of Eurosilex. Profilex Engineering is the main constructor for most of our developments. Kastroy is a well developed building company from Kavarna and it is the strongest local partner of Eurosilex in the town. “Dobreva and Boneva” is a reliable and highly reputable Law firm and is our partner for all legal enquiries. The office is located in the very centre of Varna, walking distance from Eurosilex Varna Headquarter. The team is young and energetic, with comprehensive knowledge of the Bulgarian legislation and fluent in English.

Our lawyers ensure us great support in all aspects. The paperwork of each and every Eurosilex project, are carefully reviewed, every contract and Notary deed are first verified by the Law firm. The purchase contracts for our clients were prepared by our lawyers, which are detailed and easy to work with and protect both the interest of the client and the developer.

Solicitors, fluent in English, French and Russian, will guide you through the buying process, represent you at the finalizing of the purchase and signing of the title deed, assist you with the necessary tax and BULSTAT registration, as well as registrations with the local electricity and water providers.

Accountants and financial advisors

The 15 of July 2007, Eurosilex signed an agreement with First Wall Street Capital. The purpose of this agreement would be for First Wall Street Capital to prepare a business strategy for the company to attract investment companies to Eurosilex as well as act as a financial manager for all important decision. First Wall Street was created to assemble a selected team of respected professionals from diverse backgrounds work with one common focus, to capitalize on global opportunities utilizing the many years of expertise of the individuals who collectively are the FWS family. Many companies specialize in financing, but few have true global ability and scope. A few representative deals would be the bridge financing on behalf of Cargill of Canary Wharf in London in excess of 500 million Euros; or the raising of over 750 million Euros for Credit Foncier the oldest French property company.
