Payment plan

1. Deposit of 750 € (VAT included) to confirm reservation.

2. 50 % of the price of the apartment (VAT included) on the signing of the purchase contract. The contract will be drawn up within a maximum of 30 days after the reservation fee is paid.

3. 50% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) at signing of the title deed and handing over the keys of the apartment

Project "Kavala Street" is under construction since April 2007 and only one payment plan is applicable.
