The Eurosilex privacy policy has always been and will remain that the company will, without any particular request having to be made, hold and treat your personal details as totally confidential and will not transmit any information identifying the client or the recipient to third parties other than those involved in the purchase process.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Bulgarian law and to the extent permitted by such laws, any disputes arising from your use of this website or any information contained in it shall be governed by Bulgarian law and the Courts of Bulgaria shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

General

A client submitting his, or her data and paying online for reservations of Eurosilex properties is hereby informed that:

• All clients are considered to have read and irrevocably accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  
• By clicking "Confirm your order" at the bottom of the "Order summary" page, the reservation becomes effective and you accept the purchase process and the present contractual Terms and Conditions.
  
• By mutual agreement, the information recorded by Eurosilex Ltd constitutes proof of the type, contents, date and amount of the reservation.
  
• A client reserves a property in Bulgaria that is legally owned by Eurosilex or that it is the legal representative of, by paying a reservation fee of 750 euros.
  
• All clients must check that all the information provided to Eurosilex Ltd is accurate and sufficient for their purposes.
  
• All prices quoted include all taxes. Eurosilex Ltd reserves the right to modify its prices at all times, however, reserved properties are invoiced at the price in force at the time the order was placed.
  
• All clients must pay the amount stated in the Internet order, in compliance with the present Terms and Conditions, using a bank credit or debit card (by supplying the card number and expiry date). Eurosilex Ltd provides a secure payment system. All information exchanged between the customer\'s computer and the Eurosilex site is encrypted, i.e. cannot be read directly.
  
• For payment by a bank credit or debit card, a request for authorisation is automatically made and rejection for any reason whatsoever by the bank will result in the cancellation of the reservation by Eurosilex Ltd.
  
• On receiving reservation confirmation from Eurosilex Ltd, the client may cancel the order within a thirty-day period starting the day following order confirmation, by contacting Eurosilex Ltd.
  
• In the event that a client fails to answer any communication from Eurosilex Ltd within 30 days of the reservation, Eurosilex Ltd is entitled to cancel the reservation and keep the entire deposit.
  
• By paying and confirming online a reservation of a Eurosilex property, the client is entitled to fulfill his or her obligations as but not limited to entering into a preliminary contract between him or herself and Eurosilex Ltd.
  
• Any client wishing to have their reservation fee refunded should contact the Eurosilex Customer Service Department by e-mail at the contact@eurosilex.com address.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any of these terms and conditions shall not affect, impair or invalidate any of the remaining terms and conditions.

Eurosilex Ltd may make alterations to these Terms and Conditions which shall become effective as soon as they appear on this Website.  Your continued use of this Website shall constitute acceptance of any changes to these Terms and Conditions.

You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household in using this Website is true and accurate.  Any false or fraudulent reservation is prohibited.  You agree that the reservations facilities of this Website shall be used only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorised to act.
